About Us
Arosyn was launched in January 2020 by Dr. Marie-Lucie Kankolongo Cibaka, a passionate bioengineer in food flavours.
After her PhD degree on hop-derived beer flavours, in 2017 at Université catholique de Louvain in Belgium, she pursued her career in the food industry, working as a flavour expert or a sensory scientist for key international players in confectionery and brewing domains.
She is specially interested in the chemistry behind aromas and in human perceptions of flavours.
In her free time, she enjoys making bean to bar chocolates or brewing craft beers.
She is very happy to live her passion while supporting food companies.
